1. Acceptance

By accessing STICKIT (https://sdickit.lol), entering the 18+ gate, purchasing a slot, or uploading a sticker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What this site is

STICKIT provides fixed advertising slots on an interactive 3D scene. Paying users may upload a promotional image, caption, and outbound link. All visible promo material is user-generated content (UGC) supplied by third-party payers, not by the operator.

3. Operator disclaimer — no responsibility for uploads

The operator of STICKIT is a passive technical host and marketplace for paid placement. We do not create, edit, approve, verify, or endorse any sticker image, caption, link, or claim shown on the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims all responsibility and liability for any user-uploaded or user-linked content, including but not limited to: accuracy, legality, decency, copyright status, trademark use, personality/publicity rights, defamation, fraud, malware, or harm arising from clicking third-party links.

Views and promotions belong solely to the paying uploader. Presence on the site does not imply partnership, sponsorship, or verification.

4. No celebrities or impersonation without rights

Uploaders must not use the name, likeness, image, voice, or brand of any real person — including celebrities, public figures, performers, or influencers — unless they own the rights or have written permission from the rights holder.

Impersonation, deepfakes, misleading endorsements, and unauthorized use of third-party trademarks are prohibited. The operator may remove content that appears to violate these rules without notice.

5. Uploader obligations

By uploading or paying for a slot, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
• You own or control all rights needed to publish the image, text, and link you submit.
• Every person depicted is a consenting adult and was 18+ at the time of creation.
• Your content and link comply with all laws that apply to you and your audience.
• Your promo link goes to a destination you control or are authorized to promote.

6. Prohibited content

The following are strictly forbidden:

• Any content involving minors or persons who appear to be minors.
• Non-consensual, revenge, hidden-camera, or exploitative material.
• Illegal content in any applicable jurisdiction.
• Malware, phishing, scams, or deceptive redirects.
• Material you are not legally entitled to publish (copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity violations).

7. Takedowns & moderation

We may remove, disable, or refuse any content or slot at any time, for any reason or no reason, including reports from rights holders or authorities. We are not obligated to monitor uploads in advance.

Rights holders who believe content infringes copyright or other rights may contact legal@sdickit.lol with: (a) the URL or slot number, (b) identification of the work or right affected, (c) your contact details, and (d) a good-faith statement of unauthorized use. We may forward notices to the uploader where appropriate.

8. Payments

Checkout is processed by third-party payment providers (e.g. NOWPayments). The operator does not store card or wallet credentials. Crypto payments are typically final; chargebacks and refunds are not guaranteed. Slot prices and outbid rules are shown at purchase time.

9. Limitation of liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY UGC.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the specific slot in the 30 days before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator, its affiliates, and service providers from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your uploads, links, payments, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
